We are a strong and progressive Lodge of approximately sixty members. In recent years we have been fortunate in receiving applications from many younger members of the community, thus promising a solid foundation for the future.

Our Work In The Community

Our work at Cheltenham Masonic Hall includes Masonic ceremonies, the raising of funds for a number of local charities, Masonic charities, and assisting members to progress in their Masonic careers. The care and support of Members and their dependants who are ill are essential functions of the Lodge. But our work doesn’t stop here. Many of our members are involved in voluntary work within their communities supporting local organisations and being good neighbours, all part of being an active Freemason.

Social Events

We also enjoy social occasions, the foremost of which is the Festive Board which follows our meetings where we enjoy good food and a glass of wine at reasonable cost.

Once a year, gentlemen who are not Freemasons are invited to join us for dinner in order to get a taste of Masonry. Without exception they enjoy the experience and many apply for membership. Ladies Evenings, usually in the form of a Dinner Dance, skittle matches, golf, sunday walks and other activities are among the many social events on offer not only to maintain interest but most importantly to ensure the inclusion of members' families and friends.
